NEKO NO NIWA, SINGAPORE
On the 30th December 2013, I went to Neko no Niwa, the very first & only cat cafe in Singapore.
I had a fabulous time. It was worth the money and time. So enough yapping and lets start the review.
Neko no Niwa (cat garden) was officially opened on Christmas last year. It's located at 54A Boat Quay (level 2). It is a shop house facing the river. It is quite easy to find.
ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW:
RESERVATION:
It is recommended to make a reservation first to avoid disappointment. But someday they don't require a reservation you can just walk in. Yet again just to be on the safe side and not waste time, just reserve a slot.

Weekdays: 11am - 10pm
Saturdays & public holidays: 10am - 10pm
Sundays: 2pm - 9pm
HOW TO GET THERE:
Stop at Raffles MRT exit G

CATS:
Obviously the cats are the show stopper in the cafe. They are very friendly, gentle and loving! They are 13 cats in total. All of them are adopted and have been sterilized, vaccinated and micro-chipped. A responsible thing to do for all cat owners out there.
Please adopt a cat and not buy it from a breeder or pet shop.
These cats are as adorable and loving as normal pet shop cats.
By adopting a cat you are actually saving them from being put down.
Thousands of pets are put to sleep every year.

CAFE:
Well this is a cat cafe, so expect a wide range of drinks and cakes to bite on while enjoying the presence of the friendly felines.
The prices are reasonable and budget-friendly.

We ordered two hot chocolate, one fruit smoothie and three ice-cream sandwiches which tastes amazing!

VERDICT:
Our total bill was $63;
We had a great time obviously.
The staffs there are friendly and attentive.
I'll give it a 10.
Oh, and we even took a selfie with the cats ;)

FINAL NOTE:
Do read their rules first.
Please abide the rules and respect the cats there.
